Terms of Service

Meter Mate SXM is operated by VioTech Global LLC. It is an independent consumer tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated for NV GEBE, TEATT, VROMI, BTP, or the Government of Sint Maarten. Third-party names and marks identify source documents only.

You may use Meter Mate to review utility documents you lawfully hold, estimate household use, prepare informational reports, and organize your own records. You confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful material, or misrepresent generated output as an official finding.

Bill scanning, text extraction, translations, benchmarks, calculations based on extracted data, generated documents, appliance estimates, and ROBBY BOT responses may contain mistakes or use incomplete or outdated source material. Deterministic arithmetic reduces calculation risk but cannot correct a misread or incorrect input. Check every result against your original bill and current official records before paying, disputing, or acting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VioTech is not responsible for utility-company actions, inaccurate source documents or user entries, unavailable or delayed services, third-party platforms, changes in tariffs or law, lost opportunities, dispute outcomes, or decisions made from unverified output. The service is provided “as is” and does not provide legal, financial, engineering, tax, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for checking and using all output.

Where permitted by law, VioTech Global LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of Meter Mate. These terms are governed by the laws of the Country of Sint Maarten, Kingdom of the Netherlands. The Courts of Sint Maarten, Court of First Instance in Philipsburg, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to viotechgloballlc@gmail.com.
